Washington, DC – Dec. 8, 2009 – The Holy Spirit University Foundation welcomed members of the local, Washington, D.C. community on December 8, 2009 for a holiday reception. The Open House served as an opportunity not only to celebrate the holidays, but also to interact with supporters of the Foundation’s cause—higher education in Lebanon.
“This is a great opportunity for everyone to get together and celebrate the commitment to a better Lebanon through education,” noted Holy Spirit University Foundation Board Member and Treasurer, Majida Mourad. Ms. Mourad was joined by current and former members of the HSUF Board, HSUF staff, alumni from Holy Spirit University, and a mixture of the Foundation’s supporters.
The event was held in the Holy Spirit University Foundation’s new offices near the White House. Guests enjoyed food provided by Neyla Restaurant in Georgetown.
