The Holy Spirit University Foundation is an American non-profit organization formed to support, promote, and benefit the Holy Spirit University-Kaslik, Lebanon.  The Foundation has been working over the past 25 years, in various forms, to support a unique Maronite university in Lebanon.

The Foundation recently relocated to Washington, D.C. and has rededicated its efforts to helping Holy Spirit University-Kaslik prosper and continue its important mission-providing a high-level education to Lebanese and other Middle Eastern students, regardless of their religion, ethnic background, or income.
